TW offers a combination of stocked, readily available and straight from manufacturer lines in order to provide you with a wide range of product choice. When unforeseen consumer demand/production issues arise, the availability of some advertised items can alter from time-to-time. This can lead to elongated delivery windows and sometimes price fluctuations. If for whatever reason a product is unavailable or a pricing amendment is required, TW will contact you with a timeframe and updated cost information to see if you would like to proceed with your order, choose an alternative product or cancel it. TW reserves the right to withdraw offers, amend prices & specifications without prior notification. Cash will only be accepted directly over the trade counter in Swadlincote, Derbyshire at the time of purchase. Please do not post cash payment to us as it will not be accepted. If you wish to pay by cheque please place the order online as normal. It is worth noting that the goods will not be released until the cheque has cleared into our account which is usually 5-7 working days.

VAT on goods
Goods exported to the Islands can be zero-rated for UK VAT purposes, as long as the UK business must obtain and keep proof of export (also called ‘evidence of removal from the UK’). TW Wholesale’s (TW) delivery policy is designed to provide you with all the necessary information to help you receive your order swiftly and as promised.
Free Delivery to UK Mainland

1 Hour Time Slot

When you use TW’s Next Day & 2-3 Working Days signed for delivery services there’s no need for you to hang around all day. Just provide your mobile number when checking out and you’ll receive a text message from our courier with an estimated 1 hour delivery time slot.

The courier will then contact you with your estimated time - but if that time is not suitable you can simply reply to the message and select:

  • Delivery on a different day or
  • Delivery to a neighbour

Your order must be placed and your payment cleared by 3pm in order to qualify for next working day delivery. This service is only guaranteed on stocked products and excludes certain lines.

How much will my delivery cost?

Depending on where you are located, your order could cost you as little as £6.99 when you use TW’s Next Day Delivery Service (all prices stated include VAT at 20%). For more information please refer to the postal zone map below.

Economy Delivery Service - 2-3 Working Days

Economy Delivery
If you’re looking to purchase a small & lightweight item and are happy to wait a few days to receive your order - then TW’s Economy Delivery Service might be right for you.

If you’re located in Zones A and B and are wanting to buy items weighing up to 2Kg that don’t exceed the packaged dimensions 45 x 35 x 16cm (LxWxD) - this low cost service may be of interest to you.

For orders outside of these areas and for heavier/bulky/long items please select the Express Delivery Service option. Please note that during busy seasonal periods this 2-3 service lead time, which is operated by Royal Mail, may increase.

Big & Bulky

Orders that exceed 30Kg or are oversized (over 100 x 70 x 60cm) may be subject to extra delivery charges. TW will contact you should your order fall within these parameters.

Click & Collect

Please feel free to collect your order in person from TW's Swadlincote superstore in Derbyshire.

Re-delivery | Non-delivery

If no one is available to receive the delivery of your goods at the address you have provided then a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order. Orders that are returned back to us undelivered due to customer circumstances and not the fault of TW or the courier will be charged £20.00 (all prices stated include VAT at 20%).

If your order is not delivered to you within 5 working days of you receiving your dispatch confirmation email, then it is your responsibility to inform TW immediately - if you delay or fail to inform TW then this could result in you not being able to receive a refund or replacement goods.

Returns & Refunds
TW Wholesale’s (TW) returns policy is designed to provide you with all necessary information to return an item and inform you of the steps TW will take to ensure a smooth process. The only warranty offered by TW on the products sold by TW is the manufacturers warranty. No further warranty or extended warranty is offered by TW.

Returning an item to TW | Restocking fees

If you have bought an item in error or have changed your mind then TW will be happy to accept it back within 7 days* providing that all item(s) are packaged securely and returned in their original and perfectly resalable packaging with all of the items that it was sent with including tags, manuals and accessories - your return may be subject to a restocking fee**. If the item is returned in unsecure packaging or in a damaged state then there may be a deduction from your refund. Confirmation of your intent to return an item must be sent by email to: - please quote the order details to help speed up the process.
*Items excluded from this returns policy include special order items.
**A restocking fee of £12.00 could apply and would be deducted from your refund (all prices stated include VAT at 20%).

Refund of delivery charges | Proof of postage

If you wish to return an item(s) to TW you are responsible for the cost of carriage. Any item that has been supplied by TW that is incorrect or faulty - or has been received broken or damaged must be brought to TW’s attention within 2 days of delivery. TW will endeavour to either repair, replace or refund the product along with any carriage costs^ incurred by you. Please inform TW by email stating the issue to:
^If you return an item that has been inspected and deemed faulty by TW then you will need to return your order in full, TW will then refund your complete delivery costs. However, if you only return some of your products purchased then the delivery charge will remain. Please include in your return the original proof of postage to ensure that acceptable costs can be returned to you. Failure to provide an original receipt that clearly illustrates the item(s) being returned and the service providers fees may prevent the cost of the return being refunded. Please note that only acceptable refund costs will be issued. You will be responsible for any loss, delay or damages that could occur during the returns process.

Receiving your refund from TW

TW will refund your money in the same method that you paid for your product. If you purchased a product at a special offer price or with any incentive item(s) then your refund will be based on that promotional price and any promotional items must be returned to ensure your complete refund, otherwise a partial refund may apply. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account if paid by credit or debit card (your money will go back onto the same card).
